Don't move on unless you like drug dealers for neighbors. Hey, at least I know the faces of all of the local police because they're in here so often.
I lived in the park 25+ years ago. That was before the area had 911 service, before the Internet and big screen tvs. You had to call the Fire Dept's local phone number. I wouldn't choose to return.
