Reserved a lift 3 or 4 weeks ago. I thought it was unusual that he didn't take my CC info to reserve it. I called today, Friday to confirm the rental and he told me I didn't reserve it. I'm sure he rented it for the weekend(I rented it for just Saturday) and acted like I didn't have it reserved. Crazy thing, is the guy got mad at me!!!!!!! Unreal. Won't TRY to do business with this guy again.
The owner may not have the best "bedside manner". But we use him at least once a week to rent a truck for delivery purposes and his prices cant be beat and he has gone out of his way to accommodate us multiple times. As far as the tools are concerned, I have rented from him multiple times and everything i rented worked as it should and was priced fairly.
They do business the right way. Make it easy to reserve and rent what you need. The prices are the best around and no security deposit. Makes it easy to rent
Called twice to confirm pricing was different story when I showed up. Really give your business to someone who cares about their customers!
Good small local business. Equipment tends to be less than brand new but you can't beat the prices and they are always easy to work with.
