Went in for a seat post first and they were quick and to the point, got me what I needed and on my way. Went in on Friday 6/2 with a crunchy headset and and they were calling me tuesday with a fix for less than $35. Kind quality service, thanks to the team there!
Awesome place to get a bike! Very friendly and helpful staff go out of their way to make sure you are correctly fitted for the bike that fits your needs. They have a great selection of bikes and equipment to choose from. I highly recommend this store to all my friends and family.
Freeman's Bridge Sports had my bike for over a week. I asked them to put new tubes in and tune it up. I returned two weeks later to pick it up. I waited in line for fifteen minutes to be helped and the cashier took the person waiting behind me first. They did not put tubes in as I had requested and just did a tune up. I got home and realized the seat of my bike had been scratched. I also could not pay in the store because they didn't take American Express. I called to pay and it took me 20 min over the phone for the man to figure out how bill my credit card over the phone. I will never go back to this store again. I will take my bike to Blue Sky in Saratoga where I bought it from. I should have driven the extra 30 min to Saratoga in the first place rather than deal with this hassle. I didn't even get my tubes replaced at all!
